How long does a custom song take?
Most songs are completed within 24–72 hours from when we receive your story details. If you have a hard deadline — a birthday, an anniversary, an event date — let us know on the order form and we'll do everything we can to accommodate it. Rush requests are handled case by case, so don't hesitate to reach out if your timeline is tight.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — every order includes one revision after you've had a chance to listen to your first draft. We want the song to feel exactly right, whether that means adjusting a lyric, tweaking the tone, or fine-tuning the melody. If something isn't landing the way you hoped, just let us know what you'd like changed and we'll take another pass.
Can I request a specific style?
Absolutely. You can choose from our list of popular genres on the order form, or tell us your own style if you don't see it listed — we've written in everything from acoustic ballads to hip-hop to gospel. You're also welcome to reference an artist or song you love as a sound touchstone (see our Content Guidelines for more on how that works) — it helps us understand the vibe you're picturing, even if the final song is entirely original.
Can I use my song publicly?
Yes. You receive a perpetual personal-use license — meaning you can share it on social media, play it at an event, send it to family, or keep it just for yourself. It's yours to enjoy however you'd like, for as long as you'd like.
Do you run holiday specials?
Yes. From time to time we run limited-time seasonal promotions — around holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or the winter holidays. When a special is active, you'll see it clearly displayed at the top of the Order page, along with the details and how long it runs.
How is the song delivered?
Once your song is complete, we'll email you a secure link to your own personal song page — where you can listen, read the lyrics, and download your file. Delivery typically happens within 24–72 hours of your order, right in line with your song's completion. There's nothing to install or sign up for; it's just a simple link, ready whenever you are.
For rushed requests, we'll always do our best to get your song to you on time without compromising on quality — if a deadline is especially tight, let us know and we'll be upfront about what's realistic.
